I am having Video-Nausea

I used to watch a lot of videos — movies, documentaries, YouTube stuff and whatever I could access. I even made a few myself.

But lately I have been having nausea while watching them. The weirder thing is: I get a revulsive feeling merelyat the thought. I get dizzy and want to avoid them at all cost. I haven’t heartily watched them for a while now.

I don’t know if its some kind of motion sickness. It doesn’t happen while reading texts or viewing images though.

Is it an illness or an overdose?
