I agree with you. This is the limitations I found with Technological Progress. It only assists what you already are. It doesn’t hit the root. If our value is of mutual exploitation, these high tech devices will only assist in more exploitation. I ask myself what might People do if they successfully manage to settle in Mars. And my answer usually is: They will fight for Power there too!
