When we have anxieties and frustrations, our thoughts are stuck at some point in between present (A) and future (B) — previously opened by ourselves.
In other words, WHEN we get either agitated or nervous, it is due to we not finding a solid thought pattern that leads us from — our present point A to our goal B. This maybe due to newer challenges.
